For eligible clothing products, the applicable policy may specify return/exchange eligibility, applicable time periods, product condition requirements, original tags and packaging requirements, exchange availability, non-returnable products, and refund procedures.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection may be ineligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

12. Refunds
